– Yeah, I think we’ve all
had the experience on Amazon. You find the item that you
want, especially in fashion. You get to the color that you
want, and you go to the size, and they don’t have it in your size. With the advent of Born to Run, you should be able, especially
on these hero-type families of listings, to be looking weekly. Am I holding the weeks of cover even on my tail-end products, even on my size 15 in
this particular item? Because people buy on the
infinity shelf on Amazon. People really hit the
long tail pretty hard. You don’t have to keep a lot, but just keeping a couple units, those units are going to move for you. So, I think leveraging this
new Born to Run product program as a way to augment these larger listings within the fashion segment of
Amazon could be very valuable. – Yeah, and I think there’s
some other things too. I mean, certainly, there’s other channels that could provide those missing sizes, whether it’s the 3P marketplace, So, let’s say, they manufacture
X amount for the season. But they distribute that across
all their other retailers and those that are authorized
by them to sell on Amazon. So, if they have the size, and there’s not necessarily
the retail offering, the customer would have the option if they make sure that, again,
they’re covered that way, but then drop-ship’s a
great option as well. So if Amazon is not going to order further into a particular color way or size, being able to have some
of that excess inventory that they might have
offered as a drop-ship offer is a great way to again provide that good customer experience.
