    So he could wake up at 6,7 ,or 8 in the morning and go to sleep around 10 or midnight…

  2. The plan is brilliant because Body produces abnormal chemicals for 30%-40% of world population as they age between the hours of 2 am and 4 am. These impact sleep patterns . People with abnormal sugar patterns would know what I am talking about. Night workout plan ensures during those hour , you are awake and pumping iron , which hinders the release of these chemicals. The two work outs morning and evening ensure proper body balance

  5. Corden, you're not a normal person. You're obese. And trying to normalize your sloth as acceptable is not healthy for you or society. Get off your ass, eat better, and lose some weight. You'll feel better, your wife will appreciate it (trust me), and you'll set a good example rather than pissing and moaning that Bill Maher is fat shaming you.

  6. I'm gonna be honest i can do that but i need to do to bed at 1:00 and wake up at 6:00, there is no way i can go to bed at 7:30 that is just insane, my normal time is going to bed at 11 or 12 and wake up at 6

  7. Well shit, getting up at 3 isn't that big of a deal when you're going to sleep at goddamn 7:30! Wahlberg has just embraced the life of a 70 year old with regular work outs thrown in. I thought he was living life like a person who doesn't watch jeopardy and the price is right everyday and still getting up at 3 to work out.

  9. Its false advertising up at 4 to go to the gym. It's for famous people to avoid wanker people. But they act like they are super human. Super nuts is what they are the crazy bastards

  10. But why?. This makes no sense, get your sleep don't ever do this.. Sleeping is healthy, don't sacrifize your sleep for working out.

  11. He wakes up and trains at that time and he is so small 😱😱😱😱 he probably works for cardiovascular and just to stay in shape because his body is not impressive aaattt allllllll, this schedule is bad

  12. To train your body in this day night rythm is just stupid, even more with kids (i mean at a certain age your kids wont go to bed at 7.30 , thats ridiculous).

  13. this poor, out of shape….human will be so sore the next day, he will not be able to move, lol. since i get up at 04:30 anyway, what is this work out? gatta have some coffee to start. no food until after workout. I (myself) eat bacon and eggs, then relax. wait a couple hours, then workout again. snack on cheese or mango, relax. getting close to 12:00. clean water and real food calories are needed.
